Important notes on our pricing

These fees are based on the financial & administrative outlay we incur prior to completion of your mortgage & current market rates for our services (although, in reality we believe these are below the market rates – bargain!)

*The £45 is a non-refundable sign-up fee for new clients and paid upfront. Payment of this fee does not guarantee mortgage approval. We reserve the right to discontinue services and remove clients at our discretion. We are committed to delivering the best possible outcome for every client, but there are some situations where even mortgage brokers are limited in what we can deliver.

Sterling Wealth & Mortgages will receive procuration fees from lenders should you take out a mortgage through our services & these will be disclosed to you at earliest convenience.

Sterling Wealth & Mortgages Ltd does not currently meet HMRC’s threshold for charging VAT on non-exempt services.
